Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Lebron Events Manager, including event registration, ticketing, check-in, wallet pass, payment record, email, reporting, and administrative features.

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.

Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for event content, registration settings, pricing, refunds, tax obligations, attendee communication, access permissions, and compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt service operation, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

Payments and Refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Event organizers are responsible for their own pricing, refund, cancellation, and fulfillment policies unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party services such as Google, Gmail, Google Sheets, payment processors, email providers, wallet platforms, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

KigTix Event Alerts SMS Terms

KigTix Event Alerts is a transactional messaging program operated by Lebron Technology. If you select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box during event checkout or registration, you agree to receive text messages from KigTix and the applicable event organizer at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include order confirmations, event reminders, schedule changes, admission or arrival information, and secure ticket or QR links. Marketing messages are not included in this consent.

Message frequency varies based on event activity and is typically no more than six messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of future event text messages or HELP for help. A START reply may restore messages only when a prior consent record exists. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For assistance, email tickets@lebron.it. Your participation in the SMS program is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including its mobile-information and consent provisions.

KigTix Event Offers SMS Terms

KigTix Event Offers is a promotional messaging program operated by Lebron Technology. You enroll only if you separately select the optional, unchecked marketing SMS box. Messages may include early ticket access, event announcements, offers, and invitations from KigTix and the applicable event organizer. Transactional consent does not enroll you in this marketing program.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Google Integrations

When you authorize Google integrations, you direct the Service to access and use Google data only for the connected feature. You may disconnect Google access where the app or Google account controls allow it.

Content and Data

You retain ownership of event content and data you submit. You grant the Service permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content and data as needed to provide the Service.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
