Privacy Policy
Effective July 26, 2026
Lebron Events Manager helps event organizers manage registration, ticketing, check-in, payment records, communications, wallet passes, and reporting.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle information from connected services such as Google.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details, event settings, buyer information, registrant or ticket holder details, custom form responses, email template content, and support requests.
We also collect operational records created while using the Service, including orders, admissions, check-in activity, wallet pass activity, email delivery records, payment transaction metadata, audit logs, device and browser information, IP addresses, and session data.
Google User Data
If you connect a Google account, the Service only requests the Google access needed for the feature you choose to use, such as Google sign-in, Gmail delivery, or Google Sheets synchronization.
Google user data is used to provide and maintain the requested integration. For example, Gmail access may be used to send event email from an authorized mailbox, and Google Sheets access may be used to sync selected event or reporting data to a connected spreadsheet.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you ask us for support, it is required for security or abuse investigation, or we are legally required to do so.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with law, protect security, or as part of a user-directed connection.
How We Use Information
- Provide event registration, ticketing, check-in, email, wallet pass, reporting, and administrative tools.
- Process orders, payment status, refunds, and fulfillment workflows.
- Send transactional messages and event-related communications.
- Secure accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain audit records.
- Improve reliability, usability, and support for the Service.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by third-party payment processors. The Service may store payment status, processor references, transaction identifiers, amounts, fees, refunds, and related metadata, but it is not intended to store full payment card numbers.
Mobile Messaging and SMS Consent
If you optionally agree to receive event text messages, we collect the mobile number you provide, the date and time of consent, whether you selected transactional alerts, marketing offers, or both, the event and completed order or registration reference, the disclosure version shown to you, and technical evidence such as IP address and browser information. We use this information to deliver and document only the message categories you selected, enforce your preferences, prevent duplicate delivery, and maintain suppression records.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to the event organizer you registered with and to messaging service providers only as needed to deliver requested event messages, operate the service, protect security, or comply with law.
Transactional message frequency varies by event and is typically no more than six messages per event. Marketing message frequency varies and is typically no more than four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an event order and does not prevent non-SMS communications that are otherwise permitted.
Sharing Information
Information may be shared with event organizers, authorized administrators, service providers, payment processors, email providers, wallet providers, analytics or hosting providers, and connected integrations as needed to operate the Service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support event operations. Authorized users may request deletion or correction of information where applicable.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Event organizers may collect information about minors only when they have a lawful basis to do so and appropriate consent where required.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest published version.
